This place is incredibly clean and new, with extremely friendly and accommodating staff, located at a great price near restaurants and shops in the heart of Jackson.

I spent a real good time here, recommend to anyone. The hotel was convenient and exceptionally clean inside, I liked it. Location: the property was near old Florida, and World Woods and restaurants. I had lunch in Five Guys, located nearby.

The hotel met all our needs perfectly. the personnel was incredibly friendly. - We greatly enjoyed the plentiful breakfast. - the hotel's location was convenient, close to World Woods, restaurants, and beaches.

The friendliness of the staff, and comfortable, CLEAN rooms. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it to my family and friends.

Online booking worked well. Close to our destination and wedding venue. Close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast had variety and was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was tidy. Felt safe.

No turn lane into property. No light to turn left out of property. Had to go right, cross two lanes and make a u-turn each time we went out. Mattress wasn't comfortable. Hard, lumpy. It was tolerable for two nights, but almost left after the first night because of it.

I liked how this hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining options, including beautiful nearby areas and beaches.

Pool had lots of bugs and leaves in it and was not cleaned for the few days that we spent there. The water was quite ok as the filter pumps were on but should have been cleaned properly once daily at least. No Safe in room.

With few hotels in the area I felt the per night cost was rather steep.

The room was spacious, well-equipped, with fantastic amenities.

Cleanliness throughout facility. Comfort and amenities in room (fridge & microwave). The staff was cheerful and helpful. The breakfast choices were second to none and the food was great. The location of this facility with easy and quick access to major highways is an excellent point. The availability of a variety of beverages and snack items at a reasonable price in the facility was great.

I honestly could not have asked for anything more.

Cozy rooms that are clean and well-furnished, located in a decent part of town. the hotel is smack dab in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to get around. Breakfasts here are top-notch! 🥞

The hotel was great.

I was originally looking for hotels near Tampa because that's where I was planning to stay the whole time. I wanted to cancel, but the booking had a no cancellation policy. It ended up ok in the long run.

Courteous staff, large, clean rooms and quiet. Enjoyed hot breakfast
